Educational Dividends believes business and education can and should work together. Our experience has been that educators are sometimes uncomfortable working with business and vice versa. This can be due to not understanding each other's language, pace and needs.

Additionally, school administrators can be uncomfortable because of public discussions about the propriety of business involvement in education. Business wants to play a role in educational improvement but needs to understand their responsibilities. Schools want support from the public and the business community. They need to know how to request appropriate support.

Educational Dividends can help generate positive relationships between education and business by making each understand the other's needs and language and providing responsible guidelines for working together.
